SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Costs & Delivery Time
We offer 5-10 business days shipping since processing time on all merchandise orders, not on the actual date of payment. Normally, the processing time is 1-3 business days from the date of orders. Standard business day shipping is FREE for all orders.

Notes:
- Delivery may take additional time during sales peridods, holidays season, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events.
- Delivery is only available on weekdays (excluding Public Holidays).

2. How can I track my order?
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been processed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. The best way to find the location of your order during shipping is by using the tracking information provided. If your order has passed the estimated shipping date but you do not have tracking information, please contact us via email dropxcare@gmail.com or via hotline number (409) 231-3808.

3. My order is Preparing to ship/ In Transit, what does that mean?
Hang tight! Your order has been packed and has left DropX 's warehouse! At this stage, you'll receive an email/message update from us that will contain a Tracking Number for your parcel. Please give about 24-72 hours for your tracking to be online.

4. Do you process orders during Public Holidays?
While we’d love for you to get your order as soon as possible, our warehouse and our courier partner are closed on Public Holidays. We seek your understanding in having your orders processed, or parcels shipped, on the next working day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centres on weekends or the following US holidays:

5. Why is there a delay in delivery?
Due to a high volume of orders, the precautionary measures taken by us and our delivery partners or COVID-19, please expect a delay in the delivery of your order. You may log into How can I track my order? to check the status of your order.
